What this software is
Graplo Money Radar is an internal tool built and run by Graplo, a sole proprietorship. It is used with one TikTok account — Graplo's own — and is not sold, licensed, or made available to anyone else.
It is not a TikTok product and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok or ByteDance. It uses TikTok's public developer APIs as a third-party client, under TikTok's own terms.
01 How it works

| Research | Reads publicly available first-party sources — the repositories and model pages that Chinese labs publish themselves — and records each claim together with its source URL and the date it was read. |
| Verify | A claim with no primary source is never narrated. How much Japanese-language coverage a topic already has is measured rather than assumed. |
| Produce | Builds a vertical video in which every narrated line traces back to a recorded claim. |
| Check | Automated checks cover resolution, aspect ratio, audio, captions, unsupported claims, AI disclosure, and similarity to previously published videos. |
| Draft | Sends the finished video to the operator's own TikTok inbox as a draft. A person reviews it inside TikTok and decides whether to post. |
02 What it does on TikTok
The software requests two permissions and no others.

video.upload | Sends a video file to the operator's own TikTok inbox as a draft, for the operator to review and post inside TikTok. |
It does not request video.publish, and it cannot post
publicly on anyone's behalf. Direct Post is switched off.
03 AI disclosure
The narration and the on-screen presenter are generated with AI. The presenter is a wholly fictional persona and does not depict, imitate or resemble any real person. This is stated in every video caption and set through TikTok's own AI-generated-content control.
